Effective date: 2026

This policy explains what information Noobwars collects and how it’s used.

1. What We Collect

• Account information: username, email address, and any profile details you choose to add.
• Usage data: posts, topics, and activity on the forum, plus basic technical data (IP address, browser) used for security and moderation.

2. How We Use It

• To operate your account and the forum (login, notifications, moderation).
• To keep the community safe (spam and abuse prevention).
• We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Imported Accounts

Some accounts on this forum were imported from our previous forum (archives.noobwars.gr, active 2004–2025) to preserve usernames, avatars and join dates for returning members. Only your username, email, avatar and join date were carried over — no private messages or passwords were imported. If you’d like your imported account removed instead of claimed, contact an administrator.

4. Cookies

We use cookies necessary for login sessions and basic site functionality. We don’t use third-party advertising trackers.

5. Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting an administrator.
